Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) is a humanized monoclonal antibody used to treat adults with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, active secondary progressive MS, and primary progressive MS. It is the first and only FDA-approved therapy for both relapsing and progressive forms of MS. Ocrevus works by reducing immune system attacks on the central nervous system, helping prevent nerve damage and maintaining mobility. It is available as a 300 mg/10 mL concentrate solution for intravenous (IV) infusion, administered in a clinical setting under medical supervision.
