Modula is a prescription tablet used to treat erectile dysfunction and urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate. It contains tadalafil, a medication that increases blood flow to the penis and relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder.
Please note: a valid prescription is required for all prescription medication.
Modula is a branded version of tadalafil 5 mg. Tadalafil belongs to the class of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by relaxing blood vessels in the penis—allowing increased blood flow when sexually excited—and by relaxing smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow and reduce urinary urgency or frequency. It does not automatically cause an erection — sexual stimulation is still needed.
