Propranolol HCL Injection Vial is a parenteral form of propranolol hydrochloride, intended for intravenous (IV) administration when oral therapy is not feasible or when rapid action is needed. Each milliliter of solution contains 1 mg of propranolol hydrochloride, prepared in sterile water for injection.

This injectable form is typically used in hospital settings for patients with:

• Acute arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms)

• Hypertensive emergencies

• Myocardial ischemia or infarction

• Intraoperative hypertension or tachycardia

• Severe tremors or thyrotoxicosis (when oral dosing is not possible)
